Standard Cleaning Details
We will provide the service outlined below according to the checklist with our own supplies unless requested differently by owner..
The price selected is by square footage outlined on the pricing list and is SUBJECT TO CHANGE with walk through with owner.
Please note allow us a 1hour window to arrive at the place of residency.
* $100 dollar deposit required at time of booking. Once cleaning services are provided the rest of the fee will be taken that day.
* Cancelation Of appointment is subject to a $100 dollar charge (Deposit) if within 24 hours of appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will avoid this fee.
* Exterior window cleaning is not part of the cleaning as its outside our liability guidelines with our insurance. Interior windows will be cleaned that are height appropriate not requiring a ladder.
* All furniture needs to be moved prior to arrival if you would like the team to dust behind it.
* We do not fold laundry and do dishes unless pre arranged with the team.
* We recommend deep cleaning service if you house has not been cleaned within three months.
