  • Inspection of property
  • Visually check for any damages (interior/ exterior) 
  • Visually check garage.
  • Run dishwasher and washer on rinse cycle.
  • Visually inspect fridge / freezer / dryer.
  • Flush all toilets.
  • Run food disposal.
  • Run faucets.
  • Adjust thermostat (upon request)
  • Check mailbox and bring packages / mail inside (upon request)
  • Contact you with anything that might require attention. (send pictures if needed)
